The telephone advice provided through this website will allow the user, at the discretion of the partners at Cunninghams Solicitors, free legal advice.  Free advice will be limited to such time as the partners of Cunninghams Solicitors or any or their employees consider reasonable.  If the partners or the employees of Cunninghams Solicitors are unable to provide legal advice for a legal matter, due to time constraints or by any bad faith on the part of the user, this service may be withheld.
2. In taking advantage of the free legal advice, you agree that you will not put forward any misleading or false information about yourself of others, including using false names or addresses.
3. Any user will not make use of the free legal advice for any research purposes or to collate information on behalf of any organization of business, unless your interest is declared to Cunninghams Solicitors.
4. You agree that should you be in breach of any of the aforementioned clauses, that you will pay our charges for any time spent in providing advice at the current charge out rate for the partner or employee of Cunninghams Solicitors who has dealt with your enquiry.
5. You shall not send by post, email, or any other electronic transmission, any material containing any virus or interfere with the operation of the website, or attempt to hack, decipher, or in any way alter any of the software contained in this website.
6. You agree not to use any of the content of any part of the website for any purpose whatsoever, without our Client’s permission.
7. You agree not to use any part of the content of the website in any manner that may give a false or misleading impression of Cunninghams Solicitors, its partners, staff or services provided.
