The telephone advice provided through this website will allow the user, at the discretion of the partners at Cunninghams Draycott Browne Solicitors, free legal advice.  Free advice will be limited to such time as the partners of Cunninghams Draycott Browne Solicitors or any or their employees consider reasonable.  If the partners or the employees of Cunninghams Draycott Browne Solicitors are unable to provide legal advice for a legal matter, due to time constraints or by any bad faith on the part of the user, this service may be withheld.
2. In taking advantage of the free legal advice, you agree that you will not put forward any misleading or false information about yourself of others, including using false names or addresses.
3. Any user will not make use of the free legal advice for any research purposes or to collate information on behalf of any organization of business, unless your interest is declared to Cunninghams Draycott Browne Solicitors.
4. You agree that should you be in breach of any of the aforementioned clauses, that you will pay our charges for any time spent in providing advice at the current charge out rate for the partner or employee of Cunninghams Draycott Browne Solicitors who has dealt with your enquiry.
