We guarantee that we will keep a low profile in conducting your case as we realise that many of our clients will not want the exposure and stigma that may attach to an accusation of driving with excess alcohol, for example. We will discreetly go about providing the best quality defence for you in a professional manner.

• Pre-Court oral advice – £250 plus VAT per hour;
• A written advice that will include an oral consultation – £500 plus VAT fixed fee;
• Guilty pleas – From £1,000 plus VAT;
• Speeding trials – From £3,000 plus VAT;
• Drink Driving related trials – From £4,000 plus VAT;
• Appeals – From £3,000 plus VAT;
• Other offences that proceed to trial – From £3,000 plus VAT.

You will be given a clear outline of our charges at the outset. We will send you a detailed client care letter outlining our fees, which can be on an agreed fee basis or on an hourly rate.

Defendants’ Costs Orders

If you are acquitted, you are entitled to an order from the Court that your fees should be assessed by the National Taxing Team and paid from the Court’s Central Funds. A proportion of your fees will be reimbursed to you at the end of the case.

We have a wealth of experience of defending driving offences on technical points, making the prosecution prove the case against you. However, if there are not any technical points to take, we will give you professional and honest advice, which sometimes may entail advising you to plead guilty.
