We guarantee that we will keep a low profile in conducting your case as we realise that many of our clients will not want the exposure and stigma that may attract an accusation of driving with excess alcohol, for example. We will discreetly go about providing the best quality defence for you in a professional manner.

Defendants Cost Order

When you have won your case we will obtain a defence cost order from the Court so that your costs may be assessed and paid from the Court’s central funds. This should result in most of the costs paid by you, being refunded by the Court if you are found not guilty.

You will be given a clear picture of our charges at the outset when you become a client. We will send you a detailed client care letter outlining our fees, which can sometimes be on an agreed fee basis or on an hourly rate.

Guilty pleas start at £850 + VAT

We have a wealth of experience in defending driving offences on technical points, making the prosecution prove their case against you. However, if there are not any technical points to take, we will give you professional and honest advice, which sometimes may entail advising you to plead guilty.
