Exceptional Hardship Accepted

Tom recently acted on behalf of Mr F who appeared before Kings Lynn Magistrates Court in East Anglia. Mr F had committed a number of offences which had led to 12 points being endorsed upon his licence. On hearing a full and detailed application for exceptional hardship the Magistrates chose not to disqualify Mr F and he was allowed to continue to drive, albeit with 12 points endorsed on his driving licence.
