Driver gets licence back after being incorrectly found to have Alcohol Dependency by DVLA

Mr D from Yorkshire was disqualified from driving for an offence of driving with excess alcohol, for a period of 2 years. Once that period of disqualification had been served, he was called for a medical examination at the DVLA. The DVLA medical examiner incorrectly found that Mr D had a dependency on alcohol and, as such, was not entitled to drive. Cunninghams Driving Defence Solicitors successfully appealed this decision and Mr D was entitled to receive his driving licence back.
